Nordic Ashes: Survivors of Ragnarok is a top-down survival roguelite inspired by Norse mythology. You choose a survivor and battle increasingly dangerous waves of creatures while automatically triggered attacks and unlocked abilities help you clear the battlefield. Each run challenges you to choose upgrades that fit your character and the enemies you face.
Progression extends beyond individual runs. Characters have their own skills and weapons, while character constellations, the Yggdrasil progression tree, and masteries let you improve your survivors over time. Collect relics, discover combinations between effects, and experiment with different builds as you explore the realms.
The game includes Adventure, Ragnarok, Daily Challenge, Custom, and Nightmare modes. With bosses, hidden secrets, unlockable character skins, and more than 150 relics and achievements, there are several ways to develop your heroes and take on new challenges.
Combat is fast-paced and intense, requiring quick reflexes and precise timing. As you progress, you’ll gather resources to unlock powerful abilities and forge a path to victory.
